Simply couldn't give a damn. Tried ringing for appointment after 45 minutes waiting in a queue told to call back at 2pm however being 32nd in that queue could not afford to take any more time away from work. Went in person told to ring. Haven't visited Doc in over 2 years probably never will again. I strongly recommend seeking other surgery.

I have been with this surgery for more than 40 years and can honestly say that my family and myself have never been let down. We have always been treated with the utmost respect, care and consideration by all concerned.
Thank you for the job you do….... it is greatly appreciated.

Had a months time to verify my medication but only decided to do so on the very last day before my prescription is meant to go to the pharmacy- clearly out of racism and pure spite for the patient.
This isn't the first time I had issues with this GP and it is beyond tiring having to deal with them. Such behaviour is just disgusting and unacceptable.

Brilliant service from Newpark. Treated by Dr King and now Dr Thomas. Extremely attentive and you can tell they have been consulting with each other behind the scenes. Thanks to them I have managed to catch a genetic disorder early on which would have otherwise caused sizeable issues later on in life.

And to others complaining on waiting times etc, just remember our government squandered billions over the last two years to their buddies with brand new PPE companies. This could have gone to services like this. Protest your government before your local GP, it's not their fault.

Majority of the GP's are very helpful.
The Practice Manager and admin team are very unhelpful, if not obstructive. Refused to send prescription to myself when caring for my terminally ill Father in Surrey advising me to register locally - unbelievable I know! I did a temp reg then had a GP consultation with unknown GP who had none of my health records but fortunately she had compassion and did my prescriptions based on my reporting of medication and dosage. How much time and money was wasted with that escapade!?!
Most recently, letter from private consultation with a specialist was emailed and this too has been refused. I have just been in contact with the secretary of Doctor and they are sending a paper copy. Unbelievable, in the age of technology and efforts to be 'paper-light'. Thankfully, I'm moving...Good luck!

Update a few days later. Despite a request for my monthly prescriptions and review of same booked one item was missing. Telephoned surgery only to be told that NO they cannot send prescription anywhere...last time (see above ) it was outside Wales. Fortunately the pharmacy next door could fax the script to a local pharmacy where I am staying with my Mother...Thank God, once again for common sense and compassion. Only helpful receptionist was Rhian (Thank you!).
Practice manager not in work, office manager as helpful as a chocolate teapot and let's not mention the previous receptionist.
I wouldn't mind if it were my error but it was their error in first instance.
Once again ...glad I'm moving!
This Practice needs a new PM as obviously the attitude of the establishment is led from the top...dealing with people who are I'll, unwell, incapacitated is not their forte.

Absolutely disgusted! Booked a phone call appointment with doctor who rang me for 3 seconds then hung up twice in the same day meaning I had no time to answer the phone. I rang the reception on both occasions, the first I was told to wait, the second was told that sorry you missed both phone calls so you'll have to rebook. Appalled! And the laughable point is that the only way to make a complaint online is... well you can't - no email address only the surgery phone number or just walking in I guess. Did not think this would ever happen.

After waiting for the phone queue that is standard now for general practice everywhere, I was pleased to have a friendly interaction with the right questions asked and a helpful response. Thanks for looking after my dad today.

Very grateful to have such committed compassionate sensible doctors on our doorstep. Yes, it is very busy, needs a bit of patience from everyone.
