I am trying to locate your store in Canterbury town, i am looking for collect plus could you help me out or have a contact number i could use to get in contact with yourselves?

Always have what i need and the staff are very well manered

Staff were helpful and bought some really nice tee shirts at a very reasonable price.

The man behind the counter is very disinterested and not friendly. Prices are also extortionate for what they serve. Small variation of drinks and snacks. Not a very nice shop to go into with poor customer service.

Collectplus service is not good.
My parcel was returned without communication after 1 day & before I had the chance to collect.
What is the point in click and collect if they dont hold it for you for a couple of days?

Disgusting service to a blind person and their guide dog. Shame on you for refusing them access (even though you had a sign on the door saying guide dogs are allowed). This is breaking the law. Please learn and train your staff to know the rights of guide dogs in shops.

Would not recommend if you are trying to use the collect+ service or if you are female. I went to this store for the purpose of returning my SodaStream cylinders via the Collect+ service. I was treated with extreme rudeness by the proprietor for following the instructions given by SodaStream, which were that I could return multiple cylinders under the one label. He told me I had no common sense, condescended to me, and called me ‘darling’. When I told him I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in that manner, he passed my boxes back to me, refusing my right to use the service he is contracted to provide. To be fair, however, I was no longer interested in remaining in his store anyway.

Went in there today with my guide dog. I am legally blind.was told get out get out.no pets in hear. I informed the man he was a working guide dog. He said no get out
No pets allowed. I explained he had a sign saying guide dogs allowed. No get out. So I will not be going in there in future
