Deceitful! Lies - dishonest! Excuses! No tracking info ! No refund over 6 days later. Says lost in transit yet 1st - item not even collected from seller so how can that be ? 2nd - Item Not reached expected delivery date so again how can be said list in transit ? Appalling service & business!!

Deceitful, deviant owners who lie about their inferior and counterfeit goods, providing dishonest descriptions of items and never respond to complaints or return requests. Fortunately I purchased via eBay and PayPal will step in to recover my funds. If you live in the Ipswich area and know either Colin Louch or Joe Liu, the owners, give them a slap from all of us who have had the misfortune of purchasing from them.

Defective and dangerous product. Still chasing a refund they promised 18 months later.
DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THEM WOULD BE MY ADVICE.

I have just bought three office chairs from Monumart Ltd. They were amazing value and I assumed that they wouldn't be great but they are really excellent. I am a 61 year old lady and I managed to put them together without any help. They are comfortable, sturdy and are very good quality. I would highly recommend purchasing these chairs.

Definitely a great seller, I got a nice garage shelf. It is sturdy and it’s the perfect size for my kitchen.

If it's your first time like myself who's delivering large goods in a lorry to this location it's at the very end of road posted car place on Left.

At start of road its a little deceiving at a first glance.
Europa way just over a roundabout opposite a Morrison's.
Now as you see it housing estate you'd think it's the wrong way to address don't worry.
Parked cars either side at random. keep going and Wright at end of 1or2 bends of road Monumart is set back all Camouflaged behind trees and bushes main reception parking, then 100m up very end deliveries Entrance Gated natural
Large open Concrete yard.
Staff really friendly and helpful and even give a rather idea how long or quick they will be once onto bay 4 Un or Lead.

I have never experienced so bad service from a company. I ordered the chairs to come the next day, that was why we ordered them. I was home 3 different days they said they would deliver, they could not give me a 2-3 hours slot. After 2 weeks I cancelled and they accepted, a week after they had left the boxes downstairs. I contacted them to ask them to come and collect them. Nothing happened so we have had the two big boxes from 6 September. They wanted me to pay them £60 for them to come and collect something I cancelled 1 week before, because they where not here in time. So lates week I had to say I would pay the £60 for them to come and collect. They again told me that they would come a collect Wednesday 8 Dec, but again that did not come. One star is too much !!!!

Absolutely appalling service! Bought an office chair from them and the gas strut has leaked oil all over the place and not does not work. Have tried to contact them three times but each time I have been ignored.

I would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible terrible company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
