balloon for £ 10.00 lasted only 7 days similar balloon was bought by my son-in-law from Harrow shop still looks good when we complain the answer was we don't guarantee any balloons once it leaves the shop so before your purchasing any thing be careful . I feel they are not fill enough helium in the balloon but I'm not expert

Great service even during lockdown. I used the website to place my order and it was ready in 30mins. They generally have the best helium which tends to last ages, but balloons are a must for the children’s lock down birthday, thank you Ideal Gifts for making it special for my son.

Did a party for my 13th birthday and had everything i needed as well as the well cooperated staff.The balloons i brought stayed up for over a month! The family run business has a massive range of fireworks and we haven't used anyone else as their fireworks are safe and easy to use would line up early on new years eve these people are well known throughout the whole of harrow and southarrow .100% recommendable and very affordable. The kindhearted family run business is one of the best run shop in south harrow. They have now been running this business over 20 years! Thank you for doing a click and collect service throughout covid19 keep up the well coordinated work!! Amazing shop would recommend highly !

Worst customer service ever. Product was faulty, bought it and then just went in the car to check and went back, just 5 min. They did not wanted to refund or even exchange it.
Would never recommend nor I am ever going back again. Rudest customer service ever....

Prices are different than what's on the packaging for most of these products! They make them up on the spot! Avoid, better quality and better priced places are round the corner

Beware, they might be selling faulty balloons and when we asked for an exchange or refund, they put the blame on the customers.
We purchased a two helium balloons and by the time we got home(15mins), it was deflated completely. We carried the balloons in the car back seat.

When I got home, one of the balloons was completed deflated. We called and complained straightaway. Was told it is moslt likely our fault and after arguing for 5 mins over the phone, I was told to bring it back so he could have a look. When I got to the shop, he said that there was a puncture and he won't do anything about it, no refund or exchange at all. He put the blame on us.

So beware that the shop might be selling faulty helium balloons. I would not recommend this shop at all. Customer service is really bad.

Went in to get a card for my Father In Law. Couple behind counter having a very heated row about their personal lives,very off putting so don't think I'll go back. Personal lives should be kept personal not for the whole shop to hear. This was on 27th November.
