Beautiful place to visit. Lots of walks of differing lengths to choose from. Lots of bird and wildlife about we saw some Sika deer. Café and shop very nice as well.

They do hot pies, sausage rolls etc. Also really good cakes. They have an interesting shop with everything I can imagine about birds from binoculars to books, to feeders all to raise funds for the nature reserve. Toilets and baby changing facilities

Such friendly volunteers. Beautiful scenery. Trails are all fairly flat so great for holiday makers that otherwise don't do much walking. Plenty of benches to rest and take in the views along the paths.

Lovely cafe and team after our walk. Great cauliflower pasty which I would def eat again. Lovely to sit outside with and in nature in a special place .

Maybe the worst cafe in Britain. Not at all as illustrated. My wife and I got there on New Years holiday just after it opened hoping for some breakfast to start the day. The car park was full and we were a bit worried there may have been no space in the cafe. We were then very surprised to find the cafe empty. We were less surprised when we saw the paucity of choice and quality. All I could find was a sausage roll and my wife settled for a mince pie - which came from a packet. However, the staff on the gate had told us the coffee was "the best in Dorset" and at least they had an espresso machine. In reality to compare my Americano to dishwater would be an insult to dishwater. Even my wife's latte was sour. It was all served in the most uninspiring and insipid way. A shame as its a nice building in a great spot. Looking at what we had for breakfast we just walked out in disgust leaving the "food" and "coffee" behind untouched. As we'd already paid entry to the reserve we spent £20 and got nothing but angry.

We picked probably the nicest day of the Christmas 2022 - New Year 2023 period to visit Arne, so there were a lot of people about. The café coped quite well with the the number of people, in part because it only offers soup and what looks like snacks that are not made on site. So, in addition to tea and coffee you can get things like sausage rolls pasties, plus cakes. The in-door seating is a bit cramped but if the weather is kind, as it was for our visit there are chairs and tables to sit at outside. Would we go there again - yes.

Went to find a new pair of binoculars and had excellent help. My wife and I were given ample opportunity and time to try different binoculars and compare them. We had informative, knowledgeable advice without pressure. I ended up with a pair which served me very well (and so much better than my old pair) on a boat safari round Poole Harbour that afternoon.

Hardly any food, everything we wanted was sold out. Should have been dinner kids had crisp, I had a dry scone, daughter a meat free sausage roll which was ok. Couldn't even get a sandwich.
