Smoke Loud UK

I came across Smoke Loud UK after trying to track down a certain item other UK shops did not have in stock. Not only did they have that item in stock and ready to go, they had many other items that tickled my fancy.

Its three weeks later and i have just put in my third order with them.

Great communication, packing with care and just a general good vibe coming from these guys.

Cant give these guys enough praise.

Will continue to use these guys in the future.

One of the best independent business’s to buy from, I’ve been in-store and have placed a fair few orders of their website. Excellent products, wide range of all smoke accessories and provide authentic raw products. Always been a pleasure buying from, and will be the only smoke shop I now buy from. The owner is honestly one of the most genuine individuals I have met, has great knowledge and is always a huge great help to me, never experienced such great service especially one-to-one! Always comes well packed and comes very quick. Always a help via social media, easy to get in contact with and always helps no matter what and when.👊🏼👊🏼

Great selection of products and good customer service. I ordered some merchandise online and it was delivered within a couple of days had no problems and all items were good quality. Highly recommend.

Always had top level customer service from the lads in store. Highly knowledgable and respectable. Their own line of products are genuinely quality and reasonably priced, as are all the brands they stock. Can’t recommend highly enough

Best Head Shop In Bristol! Approachable and Friendly Staff! Seen them at numerous festivals with their pop up stall! Should have their own stage / chill out zone.

They dont let you return purchases, even within 2 week window period.

In response to your reply, the purchase is within a 2 week window period from the delivery date.
We have emailed you the law and trading standards which you have chosen to ignore.
A customer has the right to return a product even if its opened within a 2 week window period.
If this case was put in the hands of a judge we would win, as a message was sent on Facebook just after the purchase arrived, which you chosen to ignore.....

Truly the best selection of products in the Uk and the best customer service I had reserved in a long time!! . I ordered some items online and was worries they wouldnt be here by Christmas but it was delivered within a 2 days!!

Honestly cant recommend SMOKELOUDUK more highly and smoke is a LEGEND!

Order twice with missing items. They were nice enough to send some missing items but I never received the bag that come with the tray, it’s why I ordered that item in the first place
