My partner got a pair of earrings for valentines day for me not knowing I can't wear any earrings with a clasp. We travelled from Bournemouth today to try and swap them for something I can actually wear and the lady was a bit unprofessional I would say and not sure she even understood the issue. She phoned someone to ask for advice and I said I would like to explain the situation myself but she just said to that person that the reason is " she doesn't like them". I never wore them and I couldn't as I can tell they are quite heavy too.
On top of that, he was never advised they are not returnable whatsoever.
