Fantastic piercing shop, Sam is amazing. Friendly, kind, patient and most of all incredibly clean and uses good quality jewellery. Prices are very reasonable, too. I strongly recommend them.

Just had my nose pierced!! Absolutely love it and the guy who pierced me was so lovely and really helpful. Would 100% recommend as he explained everything in depth and made me feel so at ease! Will Defo come back if I get another piercing done!

Yes! Unconventional & cute shop, offering piercing too! We have bought few small things with my hubby, you wouldn’t find in any other shop! Almost as a little museum, where you can actually purchase stuff! Friendly staff!

Pretty much the only gift shop about Bristol, long with the tourist office, so a good place to get a souvenir for yourself or your friends. As expensive as gift shops get, not too much, but still a bit. For some reason, Doctor Who, Star Wars and Adventure Time cards are sold, so if you like any of those, it's a great place!

The guys in this shop are great - they’re very friendly. We were gettin on really well with them, and then my friends food leaked in her bag, and they went well out their way to help her, lettin her in the kitchen etc to clean her stuff - great shop, loads of coool stuff everywhere, cool Japanese postcards and stickers, sick socks, colourful badges and a Huge Huge selection of piercings/jewellery A+++++

Absolutely love federation! Got my nose pierced there and have also been in many times to buy jewelry and gifts. They have a good selection of surgical steel jewelry as well as some cheaper stuff if desired. The piercing room is small but sterile with hospital grade sterilization equipment. It may look a bit sketch from the outside, but I can guarantee that it’s very clean and professional. The guys who work there are all friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. Prices are also great which is a bonus! Would definitely recommend.

Popped in for a daith piercing. Spoke to Sam who checked both ears. Told me he could do it but due to the shape of my daiths it just wouldn't heal. Explained I want it done to see if it helps my migraines. He advised that I get an earring but not the piercing and placing it on the daith and squeezing it together to apply pressure when I have a headache. I bought a couple of silver rings. Thanks Sam for being very polite, helpful and honest. Will give it a go!

I had my lobes and helix pierced here and have had no pain/infection at all, just slight bruising right after they were done. It all felt very safe and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly
