Bentleys Stourport

I love Bentley's - the staff are knowledgeble and willing to help. They patiently advised me when due to health issues I needed guidance and a flexible approach. They thought "outside of the box" which was exactly what was required. There was no pressure at all to purchase but plenty of empathy and understanding.

I feel that Bentley's represents what we have lost in many large retail stores - the personal touch where the customer is valued and time is taken to ensure satisfaction.

The quality of the products is second to none - would wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Outright refused to give a refund and the owner and his wife were rude and abusive to my wife and other customers. When asking for a refund, nobody should be looked up and down and told "you obviously need the money". My wife left the shop in tears - would never do business with these cowboys again.

The best card shop in the UK. This shop has stock for all you need in cards and gifts.

I had been looking for a new purse for months and remembered that Bentleys sold them. I knew what I wanted and was being really fussy as I wanted a quality leather purse in the right configuration but also a great colour. I didn't think they would have what I wanted as it's a small shop. The customer service was superb. I was asked if I knew what I wanted (which I did!) and within seconds the woman amazingly had 3 purses (with more to follow) lined up on the counter. I know it was only a purse, but I had been looking for absolutely ages. It was the quality of a Radley purse but better to look at and no silly dog on the design. Thank you Bentleys it really made my day! A wonderful shop.

Its been here, long before I have, and is an iconic part of Stourport's history. Right in centre of the high street, it's easily accessible too. Sells cards, trinkets, and pretty things, to suit everyone's gifts.
