Went in for some cleaning products and came out feeling like we made a new friend.. Steph is just as downbtocearth and welcoming as she seems on social media. Products were everything I hoped too. Will definitely visit this shop again

Scammers! Please avoid. They advertise 'Express 1 working day delivery' and make you pay £6.99 for the privilege of it arriving 15 days after purchase! I received no update on the shipping even after I asked for one, and when I kindly and fairly asked for a refund on the price of the express shipping I was met with passive aggressive and condescending responses. They shouldn't be advertising 'express' if they don't do it...simple. You can get these types of products from so many similar online shops, so go elsewhere!

I couldn’t get in to collect my diary’s as I’d had an accident! Contacted the shop, spoke to Chloe. Pleased to say my diary’s are getting posted out to me today! Thank you Chloe, your a star ⭐️
