Really friendly and accommodating. I needed 10 balloons to be inflated for a bridal shower - I went there on a Saturday morning and they helped me out within 30 mins with no complaints. They also have a nice selection - I got some rose gold confetti balloons. This was such a breath of fresh air compared to being shouted at by Card Factory at Peckham!! .

Absolutely superb service, after being turned away from a mainstream card store (10 mins before closing time), I was stunned to find this shop still open and so welcoming. Extremely reasonably priced, better quality and selection than other card stores. Will be my go to from now on.

Nasty sellers, refused to sell to me because the owners silly wife put her two pence in and claimed they don’t blow up balloons before payment which is not a problem just tell me on the phonecall & after walking 20 mins even though they could of said payment beforehand. Simple solution but after an ignorant argument about why this wasn’t communicated on the phonecall I was refused service. I had no balloons due to that situation and their refusal. Husband & wife are both wicked to spite a child in order to be awkward with the mother paying for the balloons. Really messed up customer service ethics.

Been using this place forever . The husband and wife are the owners . So helpful. The prices are good value. They also sell stamps .
