Friendly, independent shop, with a great selection of lovely gifts and homeware. They were really helpful in helping us choose some chalk-paint and were full of really helpful tips on how best to actually use it.

Well what can I say. I LOVE mooch! The store is beautifully decorated and all items displayed excellently. There is a huge range of stock and the staff are wonderful. They are happy, friendly and professional. I am so proud to have this shop in my town. 100% my favourite place to shop. Thankyou Team Mooch for being you and providing our little town with the quality, care and friendliness that you always do.

Visited today with my friend. This place is amazing, beautiful gifts for all occassions and unusual beautiful items for home. On 3 floors with a young couple working there (may be the owners) so polite, helpful and friendly. Will definately be returning, plenty of things we fell in love with. If you want something special, beautiful, unusual and quality at such fab prices Mooch gifts have something everyone cant help but love. Thankyou

My favourite local shop to buy gifts. I have purchased gifts for friends, family and colleagues from the Stourport since it opened. Some of the best selection and I can always find a gift and card suitable for the occasion. These have ranged from frames, mugs, candles and pictures to scarves and jewellery. I have been bought gifts and gift cards by my own family to buy myself something and I particularly love their range of vases, lamps, ornaments and candles.

I highly recommended a visit, all staff are so helpful and polite on every occasion and are able to advise what other items are in product ranges. Worth the trip into Bewdley or Stourport!

I have just had a truly horrible experience at Mooch in Stourport. Despite being shouted at by the manager, I remained calm throughout as there are no circumstances where getting angry serves a purpose but the manager eventually agreed to give me a refund for a faulty product (rather than an exchange) saying “Alright I’ll refund it if you’re going to be arsey”. I couldn’t believe my ears! Even if the shop had not been full of customers, this is no way to speak to someone, especially when that person is calm and polite.

I simply wanted a refund for a product that was faulty but was repeatedly told “we don’t do refunds”, a policy I would understand if the product was not faulty. It was when I suggested that I had a legal right to a refund because it was not of saleable quality – a fact an assistant at Mooch had already agreed with. At this point I was accused of being “arsey” while both the shop assistant and manager stared at me like I was something they had found on the bottom of their shoe.

I have bought things from this shop in the past and feel we should all support the high street when we can but I will NEVER return. The truth is I would’ve got much better service online and honestly that makes me sad. The customer service was so bad I left feeling very upset, albeit with the refund I was entitled to. I have no idea what the customers in the shop thought of it all but they cannot have been impressed by what they witnessed.

Mooch is a hidden gem. I never fail to find a lovely card or gift (or both!) for friends or even for myself! The service they offer is second to none. The website is brilliant but I do love to pop in for a mooch.

What an amazing place! I ordered online and collected, such an easy experience! Beautiful Christmas decorations and very reasonably priced. Love this shop, we are so lucky to have it!
