Always tasty food and good service at the Car and Kitchen cafe. If the weather is good enough, it’s great to sit outside and enjoy some people watching.

The shop is also a favourite as it stocks some quirky and creative brands that you don’t see in many other outlets.

A marvelous quirky cafe cum dress and kitchen accessories shop. Good views over Settle square to see the bikes. Great food and ambience and it welcomes dogs

Wonderful food served on the 1st floor of a lovely gift shop and served to our table outside in the square. Had the avocado toast with smoked salmon - the salmon was thick-cut and great quality. Coffee also delicious and homemade cakes looked good

Lovely breakfast with coffees. Can recommend the full English and the cakes are fab. Slightly pricey, but happy to pay for local ingredients.

A lovely independent business selling stylish homewear and fashion as well as a fab cafe. As someone who wants to shop local I've always been disappointed that the clothes sold only go up to Medium. Having called in today I noticed 3 items that were size L. I was so chuffed I bought one! I hope this is the start of this lovely shop becoming more inclusive.

What an amazing cafe in the heart of Settle. We enjoyed the best vegan hot chocolate ever after a cold day walking the Warrendale Knotts. (We even drove over the moors to have another the next day but sadly they were closed 😟) We then fuelled up with an amazing flat white and Americano before ascending Pen Y Ghent. The coffee is made with a great deal of passion and care and served in Acme cups to round off a truly exhilarating experience. ( I know I know ..I sound a bit over excited but having consumed countless cups of watery weak espresso, it was a joy to have possibly the most delicious coffee ever.) I hope I can recreate it somewhat at home with my new espresso machine otherwise it’s a long drive back up every morning from Norfolk for my morning coffee hit ! Thank you to everyone there for providing a wonderful welcoming experience.

What a gem. Packed full of different gift ideas . The cafe was excellent, they were very accomadating to our needs.

Cute cafe/shop combination. Delicious waffles would really recommend trying them. Will be back next time I'm in the area hiking. Staff were attentive and friendly.
