Be very careful when ordering from this site. Don't pay for next day delivery as you won't get it. When you complain they won't refund you the difference between standard delivery and Sunday delivery. I paid £8.99 in the 'sale' for my engraved vase for my mother in law and an extra £8.99 to have it delivered the next day Sunday ( her birthday was Monday). Monday evening I'm still waiting for delivery. They don't make it clear enough at checkout and are happy to take your money if you don't order by a certain time to get a Sunday delivery! When I asked to speak to a manager, funny enough one wasn't available. Shocking customer service.

Ordered 7 personalised items on Thursday at 1.30pm then received an email to say items had shipped at 4pm on Thursday. I chose second class postage and by 9.15am on Saturday morning, the box had been delivered!!

Quality is good. Packaging excellent. Great range of products and fantastic prices! Overall, unbelievable service!

I ordered two slate beer coasters which arrived incredibly quickly. I was really pleased except the one wasn't quite right as the "engraving" wasn't centralised. I got in touch with Personalised Gifts Shop, who were very apologetic and are sending a replacement as a matter of urgency.

I haven't ordered from this company before but certainly will in the future. They have some great items at a very reasonable price and their Customer Service is fantastic.

I have purchased few items from this company several times before in the past and i must admit that the level of service you get is absolutely amazing, Somehow my items manage to get delivered within few days of ordering them.

Choice of designs and products is pretty much endless on their website so ideal for any occasion!

Highly recommend especially with Christmas coming up.... i know exactly where I'm doing all the shopping this year! 🤣🤣

What rubbish palmed off as quality!
I purchased their compass keyring as a novely gift. It is described on their website as " expertly crafted from stainless steel ", but is in fact chrome plated zinc, where the seams in the chrome as very clearly visible!
The compass has an air bubble in it and the additional cost spent on a gift box resulted in a box that does not even fit the gift!!
So, in preparing this product for the client, 1. they see the air bubble when they engraved it and decide to ignore this product defect, 2. then place it in a gift box, where the lid does not even close and choose to ignore this choice defect and then 3. still feel justified when posting it to the client! Some integrity shown here!

I would have returned, but their return policy means I pay the postage (again) and as from abroad, this costs more than the gift.
Beware shoppers!

Ordered a candy hamper, sweets were not sealed, just loosely placed in a basket and therefore all stale and stuck together. I WOULD NOT recommend. Awful service

Bought a glass candle holder with personalised message. There was a preview on the website which looked fine but when i received the item the text was not centralized. By this i mean the lines of text were central to each other but the whole text was not central (much larger gap to the right of the text than left)
I contacted customer service who were very quick to respond....but also would not accept any responsibility for text being off centre (why would anyone want it off centre)
Felt i needed to leave bad reviews to warn people.

It's terrible. Took my money for "next day delivery". Product didn't deliver on time - when I complained, they said they'd deliver it at a later date and refund me the difference between next day delivery and the date they actually deliver. I wouldn't have paid for next day delivery if much later was ok! After much complaining and threatening to write bad Google reviews, they finally gave me my money back (and I still received an email today asking me to pay more for re-delivery..). Joke of a company.
