Gifts in Time Ltd

I'm a previous customer ( 2 times) and have been asked to write a review about Gift in Time as someone left a bad review and totally different experience to mine. Maybe a competitor, who knows.
Ok my experience:
Superb item and next day free delivery and it arrived on time. Dpd text me to say when it would arrive and it did.
Really lovely quality watch winding box made my husband very happy. The first one i bought was too big and they swapped it for a smaller version for me - no hassle - a simple mistake on my part which the sorted out very quickly for me.
So I will be buying again from them. You should too and that is my review.

I advise anyone to think twice when purchasing from this company. They make it very difficult to refund/return faulty products. You're much better off going to a more reputable retailer to purchase your product where you know you can guarantee an honest returns policy.

Great Company Very Helpful

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered from this company via ebay, sent me a faulty product, which I returned at my own cost to speed up the process of a refund, despite it being their fault. Three weeks later I still don't have a refund, they sent me an e-cheque which hasn't cleared for over a week, despite paying directly using my bank account. Stay away, you have been warned.

Update: Upgraded to three stars. It seems PayPal was at fault for delaying the refund by a week. Although it was delayed by two weeks, by Gifts in time and only obtained after multiple calls/emails to different staff.

Fathers Day gift well received. Fast service secure delivery by DHL. Very happy with my choice and will recommend to friends.

Placed an order, paid £179.00....they are not answering e-mails or phone..Avoid at all costs.......
