Fitted some glass, Which is great.
and fitted old broken beading back on . We assumed new beading would be used or at least given the option.
Better communication required next time

Very immature response to above review. You came out to quote same day. Big woop. I fixed the door temporarily after removing all the glass. And put a new wooden panel on with the beading 2 pieces were broken in half. I can show photos if you wish as you seem to have a short memory.

I have used Melton Glass Twice in the last year, And each time they have been totally professional and quick to respond, When a large piece of Glass in my front room door got broken they came out just a couple of hours later to measure up, And the guy who came out to replace the broken glass panel did an excellent job, And he did not leave until he had hoovered up around the work area...
