Staff have been extremely helpful both times I've visited here.

When the glass blew out of my greenhouse the staff at Hughes Glass cut some glass there and then so that within a couple of hours the broken glass had been replaced. This wasn’t the first time that they had helped me out and I doubt it will be the last. Full marks for product and service.

First impressions of the company were good and I booked in to get them to come out and measure up a window and patio door for an accurate quote.

They failed to turn up after I took the day off work and drove an hour to the property for the appointment. They didn’t ring to let me know, to apologise or to rebook another appointment.

I went to a different local company who got everything sorted for us with no hassle.

Got a large mirror cut to size. It is kept in stock, so I collected the same day as ordered. Very friendly bunch
