So happy with our new box sash windows! Friendly and efficient service, flexible and went the extra mile for what we wanted including extra remedial work. Special mention for John and his attention to detail. Did I mention the top quality great and price! Perfect!

Wouldn’t recommend for small jobs. It was like drawing blood from a stone. I wanted two small pieces of glass done for a display cabinet and they responded with 1 liners. No professional or customer focused emails. They asked me to phone and pay but they never picked up (on a weekday). I emailed them to say they didn’t pick up and what could I do. Haven’t heard from them since.

I found another company in the area who immediately responded with options (clear or toughened), very courteous as one expects, and the job was done in 3 days.

From seeing other critical reviews here, I’m sure Church Glass will respond with excuses and say it wasn’t their fault.

EDIT: I just got an aggressive call from Church Glass asking why I added this sh*t review. Sorry, they need someone to manage their Customer Service! If the customer is not happy, you apologise. You do not call the customer to whinge. Period.

I used Church Glass to fix a very old and sentimental led light I’ve had in the house for years. They’ve done a wonderful job and I can’t recommend them enough.

Great experience with Church Glass. I ordered a set of lead lights and a replacement mirror for my mother and they more than exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t recommend these guys more , super friendly and professional.

Back door seized up this morning so called Church Glass who had done work for us before. Rhys came pm the same day, got the door open and provided a temporary solution while we decide what to do. Very professional company.
