So after having to take a second day off due to this company not getting hold of the correct windscreen, the second one arrived damaged. I’d already paid £100 excess and had to take 2 days of work 10 days apart. Because the windscreen was damaged the engineer said he could repair the chip and set about doing so. He called his office who prompt gave a refund and wavered the £25 repair fee due to the inconvenience. Only to be chased months later asking for this payment to be made. I don’t mind paying for a service but I do mind being messed around by a company who seem to have no communication between departments. I’ve had 3 letters and several calls asking for payment whilst they were investigating. Now the area manager is insisting I pay as there is no record of a conversation. In the past I’ve had good experiences with this company but will not recommend them now. Shame on you for going back on your word. I hope the £25 makes a difference in your customer service

Compere to Autoglass they are useless and not professional. I could never use them again.
