Would definitely rate this company 10 stars or over if there was anything like that. They are super amazing. Moved into a new property and they did quite alot of jobs for me from fitting mirror all over the house to splashback in the kitchen and they are nothing but exceptional. They were early for all job despite the fact that I was over an hour away from them. They were friendly and professional. Sensitive to your need and would always deliver. I appreciate owner and wife and great team. Keep up the great job. Would definitely recommend 👌

Bad experience and a waste of time. I needed to replace double glazing in one of my windows. Andy came to measure it and we discussed what could be done. I was told it would take some time, because of the shortage of staff and the job would not be cheap. I agreed as wanted to have it done. However, on the day of the job nobody turned up, no call, no text. I left a message again but did not hear from him. Even if the job was too difficult and the company did not want to do it, there is nothing wrong with simple courtesy and communication.

I cannot thank these guys enough for a wonderful job they done. Professional and superbly fitted the glass window for our restaurant in Balham. Good value and professional at what they do. Highly recommended!

Chased this company on every occasion for a quote and it felt like we were being a burden by calling to check. Even after confirming an order, the guy recommended we find someone else to fit our windows because their fitters were having problems apparently, a whole two weeks into the process. When questioned the owner seemed to be extremely uninterested. Gave no help with designs and was generally an awful customer experience.

I really wanted to support local business, but if this is an example of how they operate, then run a mile. Very unprofessional service.

Andy doesn’t pick up calls. When we chased around ten times he finally showed up. Measured the glass wrongly. He blamed his employee and said he will come back 2 weeks later. One month later, he doesn't pick up calls, nor answer messages even after we paid him 150 pounds and he promised he will fix the work. Terrible company stay away. Andy, if you are reading this, this is the Wimbledon job.
