118 Glaziers & Glass

I had some glazing problems that exceeded my level of expertise and was fortunate enough to find 118 Glaziers & Glass. They were true to their advert. They arrived on time after calling first to verify their arrival. The man was neat, organized and took care of the problem with minimal effort. The amount billed was reasonable, and the repairs have held up. When I had a concern, the repairman came out again and made an adjustment at no charge. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Thank you for sending such an efficient, polite, courteous and a thoroughly conscientious worker. We are very happy with the level of service he provided. We would recommend you to anyone in the future.

Rang on Monday and was told the earliest apt would be 9am, so I booked for the following Saturday. Was called at 10am to say they had been delayed on another job, which seemed rather odd, since I had been told first apt was 9am. Said they would be there for 12. No show. Said they would be there for 2pm. No show said they would be there for 4pm. What a joke- I wasted my whole Saturday and they didn't even come. Said they would come between 7am-8am Monday morning once again a no show. So annoyed and disappointed.

A truly best in class service complimented by fabulous products. I don't normally write reviews, but anyone considering the options for glazing your project will know it seems like a minefield of suppliers and options. Whether you are replacing windows, undertaking an extensions or commencing a greenfield project, They fitted our windows and doors of our new house. Would recommend.

Excellent service provided by this Double glazing company. Love our new double glazing unit with cat flap fitted! The fitters arrived on time for the estimate, good advice given, new window and cat flap fitted as planned with great communication to confirm arrangements. Good value for money and a very nice fitter. All visits were done covid safe. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Avoid this lot at any cost! Behaving like a market stall! They take a deposit to book a glazier for you and then keep you waiting forever. They never call to warn you that the person will be late, I had to call them, they said the glazier will be with me within the hour, after the hour allocated originally had passed and then, after an hour and a half I had to call them again to cancel. They are a waste of time and unless you are prepared to wait forever for some illusory glazier of theirs, try someone else - there is plenty of fish in the sea.

Late edit: This company DOES NOT exist!! They use this name, as many others, to come across as a local trade - in fact the set up is called Town Force and they take a deposit of 50% of the original quotation, which you will struggle to get back in case of a no show.
