Very bad experience with this company. I needed a number of failed double glazing units replaced at my house and made the mistake of going with this firm on the basis of reviews. They measured incorrectly, missed window units off the order, never bothered returning calls when they promised to do so, overall delay for window installation was about 3 months and worst of all they took payment from my account without my authority using my card details. The company operates using multiple trading names so beware! The M.D. is a guy called Martin Mazurek and the registered company address is 13 Haghhighfield Rd, Halfway, Minster , ME123BA. They take 50% as a deposit up front so once you’re hooked you have very little choice and they could very easily just not deliver. Hopefully others will not have to suffer as I have.

This company was quick to respond. They were reliable, they turned up when they said they would. They replaced a broken window within one hour (measuring,ordering and replacing!). Definitely the man for the job. Highly recommend this company. Thanks.
