Feeling really ripped off after my shopping experience today... Quite upset really. I liked the look of a 22 carat ring at 2.7 grams. After negotiating the final price was £160. I thought they were being honest but they really charged me wayyy too much after going to other shops! I think at this shop you pay for the name. The same day I bought another ring and a pendant. I paid less for the same weight for the 2nd ring bought. A big big lesson learned! The reviews about staff sitting around doing nothing and poor customer service are 100% true. One tip is to go to the jewellers with a lot of customers in and to go on the side roads. There you will find honest sellers. I love buying gold however will never go here again.

Initially I went to Raj Jewellers on Green Street which was appalling customer service and very rude owners. They was charging more money on gold and was not VAT registered. I ended up going to Tulja Jewellers who gave me better service and I ended up buying gold for more money than I was going to buy in Raj.

Thank you for the honest service Tulja! Very honest. I would highly reccomend.

Experienced staffs offer you help and advice. Best price so far. Sales advisor Radha has been always amazing when it comes to serving the customer. Most importantly, this shop treats you well, even you are not buying anything during your visit. The Shop owner is very humble again professional.
