Quick and easy transaction although a little less than quoted but a reason was given for this. One star off because the site says that it’s postage free but when I got to the post office it cost me nearly eight pounds and even though they were emailed about it and promised to look at it they didn’t.

I found their Website when I searched for options to sell my gold online. Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect from doing it online but I got the best rate compared to the high street jewelers. I filled the online form and recieved prepaid postage envelope within 48 hrs. I sent my gold on Monday and got an email the following day about the valuation which was very close to what was offered before they received the gold. Once I responded that I was happy with the valuation I received my money in my account.
