I went to the Royal Mid-Surrey for a rowing club dinner. The food was excellent with a good range of sensibly priced wine. Good facilities, lots of parking and within walking distance of Richmond station and local bus stops. Definitely recommended for functions.

I attended a private function at the MidSurrey Golf Course . The club house is large, well decorated, with historic photos of club captains and presidents and famous golfers who have played at the course. The view from the club house overlooking some of the course with a beautiful sunset in the background was perfect. For interest, In the middle of the course is the King’s Observatory. (George III)

My mother and father's second home having been members for over 50 years and enjoyed every moment from the the old club to the new rebuilt club after the awful fire, they are both resting peacefully in the sunken garden amid the flowers, their ashes are reunited and Pat, my gorgeous Mum to grandchildren and great grandchildren and her beloved husband Stuart are together again, both taken away from us too soon but their memory lives forever

Once your Sat Nav takes you down right path to the front door it is a very pleasant club house ... good caterers
