I'm really happy with my beautiful quartz worktop from Natural Stone Surfaces. I ordered the white glitter quartz through DIY Kitchens and couldn't be happier with the whole process.

The team acknowledged my order as soon as it came through and provided information on what to do next. I had to wait a little while before the kitchen units could be installed, and they advised to contact them when I'm ready to book templating.

Once the units were in, I let the team know and they arranged for one of their engineers to come out to do the template within a week. They answered all of my questions without any trouble (and I had a lot because I'd never had a quartz worktop fitted before!). The templating itself was easy and the design specialist was friendly and professional. Within a few days, the worktop was ready to be installed so they booked an appointment and it was fitted within a week. I was worried about how the undermount sink would be fitted to the worktop, but it was straightforward and the guys did a great job. Before leaving, they made sure I was happy and advised how to clean and look after the worktop.

The end result it beautiful - exactly what I wanted and the white glitter style is stunning (subtle sparkly specks throughout which really catch the light, without feeling tacky). The finished price was also very good in comparison to quotes I'd received through another kitchen company. Thank you Natural Stone Surfaces 😊

Most excellent experience. True, my buddy and I fixed the cabinets better than required (within 2mm). The laser guy showed up exactly on time and finished well on time. He was meticulous, charming and very helpful with a couple of design tweaks (incorporating a sill and finessing the backsplashes) that made a big difference. Likewise the installation crew were bang on time, worked flat out, tidied up, and were really impressive working as a skilled team of craftsmen. Their attention to detail especially with the counter joint, was gratifying to watch. A really good experience. Not cheap, but a super-quality job.

Brilliant service, communication was good, the guy who came to do the template explained the things I needed to cut out and extra supports I needed to add for the installation very clearly. It was really helpful as it's the first kitchen I've fitted myself.

The installers were professional and clean, gave me advice on how best to care for the surfaces and what to do/avoid. Really pleased with the service and quick turnaround, installed 2.5 weeks after my phone call asking for the templating.

The team at Natural Stone Surfaces have been excellent throughout our kitchen project. Great communication from order to template, to installation, even when we had a slight issue with an appliance we received great advice, and even a tool posted out the same day to allow the changes to be made. Overall you won’t be disappointed with the quality of product and service Natural stone provide.
