This shop is roughly three to four months old so it's quite new . I always see that it's busy and it looks amazing. Very friendly to the eye and because it opens early it's bright lights are attractive early in the morning. The staff that I encountered were very helpful and offered great suggestions . However I bought a spinach and cheese pastry and I didn't enjoy it like I have in other Greek bakeries

They have loads of delicious treats, I like to pop in to get myself something nice every now and then and their pastries are not excessively sweet. The staff are usually friendly and quick to take your order. Recently I noticed an outdoor seating area but it's quite small so don't count on finding a spot to sit. I would certainly recommend Ella's 👌

Very welcoming and genuine little place. The cake we pre-ordered to have in Ellas did not defrost in time and we were offered complementary cake and could take the whole pre-ordered cake home! It was very tasty too.
Staff/manager very friendly as well.

I went to the bakery in Wood green to order a cake for my son's birthday and 1 of the staff members told me to comunicate with them through the Instagram. I texted, they replied once (and it was in a very unprofessional manner) and they didn't reply anymore. The conversation was left in the middle. At least they could say we can't do it and I would go somewhere else. I can't imagine relying on them for big events ar occasions 😱😱😱.

I visited their Grill restaurant, i had chicken grilled skewers and a delicious Caesar Salad, fresh and just beautiful, I highly recommend the food here, also the Manager was very friendly and polite, will definitely be coming back…

We popped in because display window looked amazing filled with different and different designs and we were not disappointed by the products that we purchased. Fresh, tasty, not to sweet, just perfect for a Sunday afternoon.
Everything very cleaned and tide shop and impeccable able customer service.
I will definitely become a regular customer as my experience was a hit.

I thought I'd test the food out via too good to go app. The food was amazing! Got multiple desserts and a spinach pie. The custar t Pai was soo yummy. I will be going back again soon.

I am really sorry about this review but I am really upset! Very nice staff but I took a birthday cake and it was FROZEN! And the bad think is that it wasn’t a ice cake!
