Great new place in Brockley, good selection of fresh fruit and veg as well as coffee. Friendly staff too.

Lovely fresh fruit and veg, collected straight from the farm which taste amazing and competitive with the local supermarkets too. I highly recommend - it's my new favourite shop run by really lovely people too.

Popped in early one morning as I’m new to the area.
Matt served me with a smile and was super welcoming to the area.
The coffee and cinnamon cake were absolutely on point.
Highly recommended.

MGB has some seriously good coffee, which is roasted locally. Great selection of fruit and veg, they always have something new and interesting to try and a really nice selection of good quality pantry items and cheeses as well.

What I love about MGB is not only their really friendly and helpful staff and owners but also their commitment to the community and seasonal produce.
They provide a free piece of fruit for children during the morning school run, have supplied local schools/nurseries, the local food bank and gone into schools to deliver assemblies on seasonal produce which I think is really lovely. They get a lot of their berries, apples and pears from farms themselves - often I've gone in and the berries have just been picked either thay morning or the day before!
Also, if they don't have something in that you are looking for, they can order it in for you if they can.

I could go on but definitely a great visit if you're in the area.

I thouroughly recommend the subscription box. Today we received our 3rd medium box and we are over the moon! Such a great value for money! The produce is fresh, generous portions and variety! I recommend looking into the chatbox on their website for a little discount before buying your first box ;)

Can't fault these guys! Excellent produce, friendly service, LOCAL. We get a one-off box every time we run out and I love the variety and surprise with each new box. In one word, marvellous! :)
