Very clean and the customer service is very good and the staff are very polite. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. They are specialists in Afro carribean, Maritius and Asian Foods. The goods are fresh and all are a very good price.

Drove 7 miles each way to visit this shop today. Came home to find out some the items we bought had expired, the chillies in April 2019 and the noodles in March 2020!!

This is the worse grocery store I have ever been, I purchase baby cereals from this store, on getting home, I opened the cerelac and observed large lump with some of the lump having green fugus on it and appears to be contaminated. I immediately returned the baby food and to my greatest surprise, the Manage of the store initially refused to refund my money as he claim I should contact the company direct for refund 😳, this was surprising to me as a customer, can not believe I got am item from a store and the store is refusing to refund my money. Even with my advice to the manager to remove the rest of the food from the shelve, than contact the company to review the food as there might be something wrong with the batch, he declined, these was a worry to me as this food might cause serious illness to a child and in worse scenario death of a child. Customer service is zero will never return to the store, NEVER!!!

Fresh and we'll preserve storages. Yam here is fresh as it's by flight not shipping that takes month to get to the UK

Some really good quality import sauces which you can’t find in many other places. Lots of Caribbean hot sauces and the variety is endless, you will defo find something of a new style sauce here.
Some of their fresh produce is on the pricier side compared to other competitors in the same area however
