Cards Direct

Bright, clean and well stocked card shop. Lots of seasonal Christmas items available and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not great customer service.. sorry need to make feel customer welcome and happy .. making people smile 😃 that’s what they logo says !! Won’t be coming back!

On Friday I went into the Ashford cards direct in a bit of a tizzy as the other card shop had said in advance they would be able to inflate the balloons I had for my baby boys 1st Birthday party but when I went in they didn't have enough helium.
Straight away Tobias was so friendly and helpful and really kind which totally put me at ease as I wanted my babies party to be really special and it wouldn't have been the same without the helium balloons ( I know baby Charlie doesn't care but I did 😊).
Can't recommend them enough Tobias and Joshua were great and I found loads of extra bits in there too.
Thank you you two for all your help 😀 I will definitely be getting all my cards etc from you in the future.
