Called the shop today after being a customer for a number of years. Was trying to order balloons and asked if it was possible to pre order these as I was having a bit of a manic day. Was told very blunted this was not possible by a man on the phone even after offering to pay over the phone before hand. Ended up at card factory and recieved much better customer service. Will not be shopping in this store any longer even though it is local.

Card ship with plenty of stock. Lots of small gift ideas too.

Great little shop in Petts Wood. Lovely staff and beautiful ornaments.

I go here from time to time, to get a better sort of chocolate for gifts. But the ladies who staff the place look so bored. They serve you with so little customer interaction. They react to female customers with a tiny bit more life. Buy men, don't expect a greeting or nod. I have met the owner. We who live locally, want your shop to succeed. Tell your staff to cheer up and give some modest nice vibe to the place.

I brought 3 helium balloons from here for my Daughter’s birthday. One of which is still floating in the air 6 and a half weeks later! That’s pretty amazing. Both ladies in there were very helpful. Thank you . If I could add a photo I would ! X

I visited the store a couple of weeks ago to find a birthday card for a friend and had a great experience. Staff were really friendly and took the time to show me a variety of card and gift ideas. One member of the team event went into the back to search for more examples of a product I was interested in buying.

I ended up purchasing a variety of cards, and some delicious chocolate which was perfect. Will definitely be going back next time I need a birthday card or gift idea!
