Not sure if this is where the van delivers from but 3 times a week the driver in kettering at before 5am has a knackered drivers door catch and it clunks/clanks/knocks every time he opens and closes it,wakes me up 3 mornings a week,Their customer services useless been on going for a month now. Pathetic and will never sign up if they cant fix something so simple...

Went to buy a diary to be told nobody could sell.me one ....after travelling 28miles to get there ....

Cowboy operation. Don’t think they have a chilled warehouse. We’re currently receiving warm milk straight off the van, which is great if you like sour milk or just enjoy pouring your delivery straight down the sink.

Refuse to acknowledge. Refuse to respond. Currently rallying the food standards agency to investigate. Maybe then they’ll close them down.

Avoid at all costs.

Milk delivered by a maniac driver.

If you want to be woken up in the early hours by screeching tyres and a noisy Diesel Van then this is the company for you.

Tried complaining but to no avail.

Always late..never before 7am as advertised and customer service is a joke..they don't even care about there customers.

It tastes so much better than normal plastic jug milk from a supermarket!!
Our two children now drink milk!
Even I now drink milk again 😋
Much better and tastier than standard homogenised milk.
Yes it costs a bit more but it tastes so much better and the recycling bin is not full of plastic bottles.

Been using these for quite a while. There was a blip when I moved home and when I called customer services they were totally useless however, I contacted them through Facebook and it was resolved virtually straightway. Milk always arrives by 7am which is great
