Central Co-op Food - Mountsorrel

This is a regular occurrence now and I’ve had enough. Always waiting despite having the new self service tills such a long queue. Visited the store more than dozen times now and get ignored by the new male manager. What has happened to the attractive mixed race lady always smiling and laughing. Why fix something if it was not broken. Can you answer this. The prices are increasing I guess justified with the current country situation, however can we change the labels to match up the tills prices.

Very clean & very polite & helpful staff

One of the worst organized shops in all history. It's not the staffs fault,they are nice. Total shambles.
It's like a giant unhealthy newsagent/ post office. It's overpriced and they also play depressing chart music which is really irritating. Having a tooth out is more fun than shopping here.

I know it's Christmas and retail gets the rough end of the stick this time of year, I know I worked for a big supermarket myself for many years in management, but to be rude and know it all attitude when you're
politely trying to saying something isn't good business.

Doors didn't open until 7:35 when the store says 7am. Which is annoying. Also had to let my son wee at the side as they refused him the toilet. I find them a pain in the butt sometimes but it's the only shop for some things so not a huge choice. Some staff are nice, thats what the 2 stars are for.

Going into you're store is always unpleasant your queuing line makes no sense at all, blocking all the other aisles. 5 o'clock rush hour for your shop you have 1 person on the till the only reason I'm making this review is everyday. I have to go in on the way home from work and genuinely spend 10 mins waiting to pay its incredibly frustrating compared to aldi you really need to improve on this issue.
