Prices are often missing or incorrect or the shelf ticket doesn’t match when scanned at the till. The owner always uses the disabled parking space near the store because it is convenient for them but inconvenient and inconsiderate for those who genuinely need to use it.

A tad cramped but that isn't so much an issue as they have a lot of products! You can always find what you're looking for in there, and they have good opening hours as well so if you're stuck on a Sunday evening needing stock cubes as I was, a trip to Nisa saved my day. They have a good stock rotation as well, and every time I visit there's some new items. They have a lot - from tinned produce, to frozen, fresh fruit and veg, some bakery items, and lots of confectionery. You can also top up gas and electricity here. The staff are friendly and efficient too, and the store is clean. Would recommend.

At the moment can add just couple of facts. On the place they got dairy products, sausages from Latvia and Lithuania also conservation, salads in jars. Decent selection of fruits.
Some grains (Buckwheat grain). I guess the business runs Turkish, so some common goods of that region.

Love our local Nisa. It’s like a treasure hunt place. And they are lovely people, too. I would rate them as the best community shop in Trumpington!

Decent shop with large range of products. They have standard British fare, Eastern European items, Italian biscuits, Filipino products. Not large amounts but great to see.

They do have fresh items, but clearly not in high demand as sometimes mouldy.

They need to sort out the queuing method, as always some confusion.

Great for the essentials and never had issues with the staff.

Very convenient for those living in the estate as the closest supermarket Waitrose is a mile away by walk. Lots of different products from essentials to fresh produce is available here. There's even a small bakery with limited choice. I shop here regularly. Always find what I need. If not, there's someone who can help. Prices are higher than in supermarkets. I wouldn't do my weekly shop here but would go for top ups or once off urgent needs.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this store where the cashier treated me quite impolitely. I was patronised about the difference between MSRP and the actual price of the product as well as the product the sticker itself was for. The cashier proceeded to ask me profoundly if I wanted the item or not ignoring my request to show them the sticker. Had I not needed to buy the item, I would have forgone my purchase.

I have always found the staff here friendly and helpful, but after my last experience there, I won't be using it again. I went to get something for a last minute supper and bought sausages, cheese, bread and milk. When I paid, I was surprised at the price, because it seemed more expensive than I had calculated in my head. When I checked the receipt after leaving the shop, I saw that I had been charged double for the cheese. I took the cheese back and the guy at the till apologised and said that the cheese had been on offer but that it was now full price, but they had forgotten to change the sticker. When I finally got home, ready to cook the sausages, I noticed that they were two days beyond 'use by' date. I had to go all the way back to the shop again to ask for a refund, a different guy at the till this time didn't even apologise, he just asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I asked him how often the store checks the stock for use by dates, but he just said that he didn't know because he doesn't usually work there. Back home again, and I see that the cover of the top of the milk was not fully intact and that it had leaked - finally defeated.
