ALDI

Unfortunately I went at a time when they must have had a busy period because some of the shelving & metal crates needed refilling or were temporarily out of stock. I understand that they will shortly be having some self service tills which might allow for a faster turnaround of customers. Which has got to be a good thing in the long term

The new weekly "special buys" came out today. I wanted a cordless mini drill with tools for £22.99 imagine I picked up the drill in a nice wee box I look up and its only £16.99. Now that made my driving to Northfield worth the 2.04 miles ;-)

Got most of the usual suspects in store, all at a reasonable price. Never thought I'd get drawn in, but there's no denying that they know what their doing. Keep up the good work ALDI!

This was my first visit since the refit. The middle of the isle items were greatly shortened, however, the rest of the store was well stocked. There's limited space in aisles while fridge doors are open. Also, I was disappointed to find there is still no toilets.

Usual low cost food and some DIY tools . Car park was very busy on a Sunday with queues backing up out into the road. Remember to enter your registration after checkout to avoid a car parking fine !

Range is limited and there can be queues at the checkouts. But it is cracking value for money and there's ample free parking. Don't forget to enter your number plate into the machine inside the store after you have bought your stuff otherwise you get a fine.

Recently refurbished, this store is always busy. Still has random things in places you wouldn't expect (adds to the experience!). Price's are on the rise but not quite as much as some nearby supermarkets.The staff appear friendly and helpful. Worth a visit.

Better store now its been refurbished, clean and nicely displayed fridges with alot more choice and food seems better to.. so all good so far and good value for money, well worth popping in.. 👍
