Car park is always a bit wacky races! Not well laid out. However, the store is always well stocked and clean. I like that they have the option of self service tills, which speeds things up for people just buying a couple of items.

Selection of items seemed to be less than other Aldi stores. Staff numbers were on the low side. The store was generally clean and tidy. It was good to see the plastic doors covering the fridges for energy efficiency. Car park is not the best laid out.

Purchased a box of eggs but when I got home I found there two missing in the box. On my next visit to the store I showed them a photo of the eggs and the receipt. I was told by a supervisor, with a shrug of her shoulders that I should have returned them. I explained that I bought eggs as I needed to use them. Reluctantly they agreed to 'giving' me two eggs, repeating that I should always return any faulty goods so that they can be replaced! Poor customer service.

Really disappointed with the treatment we got from the carpark parking fine, we were on holiday it was 30+degrees I'm not in great health, we went into buy our groceries and when we came out the heat was unbelievable, the carpark was in full sun so we crossed the road to the lovely cafe and had a drink in the cafe before returning to our car we wer 17 minutes over time and although we sent a copy of our groceries bill and the reason given above we still got fined, the carpark didn't have many cars in so we wernt taking up a valuable space, I think this is decraceful

Parking is always an issue here. Very small spaces and people often hit your car with doors and trolley. Whilst your in the car. The shop itself is clean and tidy. Lots of products staff helpful and super quick on scanning the shopping.

The self-service checkout tills are very useful - much faster than the operator checkouts. (not that i am against jobs at those tills!) Aldi store on Newmarket Road does not have any self-service tills. This store is also handy as it it next door to Iceland. And opposite Iqbro - an Asian grocer. So a little hub operating here.

Good produce, excellent store location and fair/competitive prices.
Good availability of parking space both for cars and bicycles.
Plenty of self-checkout, however, those doesn't accept cash. Tills with cashier are very limited and often not opened on purpose so customers are forced to use self-checkout.
Staff is not particularly friendly but they do a great job by keeping the store nice and tidy and the shelves stacked so overall, I can recommend this store.
