Wonderful place, run by lovely people. We love the selection of spices, and the fresh vegetable selection is fantastic! We really appreciated the lack of plastic wrapping when it came to buying fresh bread, and the fruit and vegetables - a very welcome change from some of the larger grocery stores...

This a great local shop with really good quality produce. Friendly and informative, they cater for a wide range of tastes, excellent quality meat and green grocery, and standard groceries, and they include a very good, and competitively priced, vegan range. Something for everyone, and fantastic home made Hummus and Baklava to boot.

I had a phone call with Teba today and they were very helpful. The lady at the tills has really helped me with my enquiry. Me and my partner have been there on many occasions and the staff are lovely and always willing to help. They do a fantastic range of vegan food too of that's what your into.

This shop is a little gem. The fresh fruit and veg are amazing. I have not tasted peaches like them, cherries were enormous. Had a guided tour of shop, they even colour code gluten and vegan options! Thoroughly recommend....and marinaded chicken is to die for!!!!

A compact shop, full of all sorts of produce from around the world. There is a very good stock of vegan foodstuffs. There is also a cold counter containing beef steaks and chicken. They have a freezer full of vegan meals. I love it !

Real deal shop for Middle Eastern produce. They have a good selection of Eastern European and Italian goods too with a butchery at the back. Both the lady who i think was the owner and the other person on the till were very helpful. Love shops like these only problem is you can't stop spending as I want it all!

The quality and variety of food is second to none, the deli counter always has an array of different cold cuts, cheese, home made hummus etc. and delicious cakes (lovely vegan ones too). I recommend the chicken tawook from the meat counter if you're having a bbq! The fruit and veg is always a delight, much fresher and tastier than what the supermarkets offer. Every member of staff are so friendly and are always on hand to help. We're so lucky to have an amazing shop like this in Worthing. The best family run shop in Worthing for sure.
