Central Co-op Food - Braunstone Frith

Have used the post office on a regular basis for years and have always been very satisfied with the service, especially Linda who has always been very helpful with my parcel post. The shop also has a good little free from section for those of use with allergies, I hope they are stocking the gluten free mince pies again this year.

I went to buy cat food but on the way to it I have seen some fab offer. 6 food items for £5. There was a photo of what its includes so I picked selected items.
When I went to pay for my shopping I realised I was charged full price for the cat food, there was an offer on it too.. Manager changed the price for me and refund but then when I got back home I realised I was charged full price too for all that selected 6 items too!!! I woudnt bother to buy those items is shop didn't make me believe that is the offer and price ill pay!! Unfortunately I was in a rush to pick kids up from school so couldn't went back to the schop but £6.5 went down the drain :( very annoyed and disappointed

I went into the store and purchase items and fully payed for them and went outside to eat what I purchased and the lady said to me I have 10mins to leave the the area outside the co-op. I feel discriminated as I’m disabled and unfair the way I’ve been treated.

I'm a regular shopper at the Coop but have today been greeted with unnecessary attitude from a member of the Post Office staff, I do not wish to be spoke to in such a curt manner and therefore shall be shopping elsewhere in future.

This is a good stocked medium sized store with which you can buy your every day item's, there is also a nice area with fresh bread/cakes. This co-op has a on site post office, great for the locals.

This is my local coop, staff is always very friendly & helpful. The shop is quite small, has all one way system stickers on the floor & provides face masks, hand sanitiser, cleaning materials as to prevent covid. Lots of choices of everything (food, drinks, tins, frozen food, cards, magazines, cleaning products, flowers, pet foods, household products, also lots of offers & deals.).

Post office is inside, believe it’s part of coop now, staff - Linda is wonderful, friendly & helpful. Post box outside. Also has free to use cash machine.

Great local store, staff are always welcoming and pleasant to be served by. People centered store.
