The staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and short with their customers!! Their machine is never working and they have such a bad attitude about it! Shocking!

I've said before that I am amazed at how a small local shop can have such a variety of products and serve the community so well.

The typical corner shop where one can find all day by day items the local community needs, also an Amazon centre.

Very rude staff and twice they sent my parcels back to the sender for no reason, awful professionalism, will spread the word at how poor their service is there, shockingly bad

Handy little shop for those forgotten items that always run out when you least expect.

Staff are quite rude and demand wear a mask when 2 of the staff weren't wearing a mask. Only come here for vinted items otherwise I wouldn't enter although the shop is always clean and neat and seems to be well stocked.

The owner/worker is absolutely rude!!!
I went to collect a parcel and he was extremely rude to me and raised his voice at me for asking him to look again, as he didn’t find it the first time around. There were other customers around and he kept being rude to me. Absolutely disgusting.

As its a Hermes drop off point, there is a lot of coming and goings. No really opportunity to socially distance. The place could do with a re-fresh and a decluttet.
