The rows are too narrow considering the staff are always standing down them restocking.

Plus, they put thief posters up as if anyone but them cares what people do.

I actually like the store itself, a good selection for a quick shop without heading to a bigger store.

But the blonde lady that works there is so rude and condescending that i stopped going there. She has appalling manners. Everyone else is lovely there.

I ordered a Amazon parcel to be collected, staff was unhelpful he had the product I had all the details and wouldn’t give the item to me. He send it back even thought he had it said I needed the collection code, but Amazon said I didn’t just proof. Terrible service

The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly, especially the ladies and 1 or 2 of the men.
They are always very helpful and chatty, and have created a lovely family atmosphere. What a wonderful part of our community they are! Thank you, Green Lane staff, keep up the good work! 🥰🥰🥰

It's a shop. It does what you expect. Slightly expensive, probably better off going to a supermarket.
Has a cash point inside and can get pre paid gas and electric.

Cosy and quiet shop and parcel collection point. friendly and helpful staff.

Hello everyone, I am regularly shop here not problem, but today I bought some items and I was overcharged, when I asked why I have been overcharged they told me not at all its normal price, I said the price is deferent and then they go with me and said OK, but both of the men smiled and said it's just 20 p deferent not big deal, I said it's not about how much is deferent its about your castomer service, very rude very unprofessional, the management needs some attention, I give them zero star
