Atmosphere - Disappointing, feels like you in train station takeway shop.

We have visited this disappointing Bistro three times now:
First time we had to wait for our food for an hour.
Second time we have placed our family order but after 45min waiting we have been told that they run out of the dish(Cepelinai)
Third visit (Mothers day 2017) we have phoned to confirm seating and food availability and was advised that there won't be an issue, but o once we araived we have been told that they dont have the dish we wanted, but following some servers arguements with kitchen staff we have been advised that we are ok to place our order but there will be 15-20min waiting time... Got our food in 20min, but staff got our order wrong, after further servers argument with kitchen staff we got our food, family already finished their food by the time we got last persons dish (Chef's special: Vedarai) DISAPPOINTING

Only ever drove past this shop..I think it caters for Polish people selling food and groceries

This a little shop on rainham road south looks dingy from the outside never been inside as i don't talk eastern European .
Plus they park how they like

Very clean & cool (temperature) shop. Polite & helpful staff.
