The owner of the shop is so rude , i went there today to buy electric for my household using the pay-as-you-go electric key . I went there and was queuing up , the man in shop short changed a customer and i saw this with my own eyes and thought was a disgrace . I had a £5 note and some loose change to put on , he told me "We don't accept this change" i was confused , i was like "you don't accept change" he was so rude , he said "WE DON'T CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS" i was like "customers are always right " he was like "No never right" . I was hoping to record him but i didn't have my phone on me at this moment in time . He is so rude and ignorant and i hope no customers goes to his shop . He should have no customers at all this mad is so rude , shop should be shut down .

Don't park near the shop he calls the council to nick you also cheque dates I know someone who bought something month out of date.

Very poor service not at all helpful in any way, could not be bothered to report issue with scanner, plesse avoid at all costs

Great little store, packed full of your basic necessary items, and loads of things for entertaining your kids, from sweets to games, books and school bits, off license, Tabacco, greetings cards and so much more, parcel collections outside parking (off road), every local community should have one if these.
On the Brentwood Road from Romford heading to squirrels heath and Ardleigh green, running parallel with Victoria Road, but close to the Drill pub.

There’s not a better convenience store in Havering

Handy little convenience store that stocks the basics. Also offers self-service and at-counter parcel returns via inPost lockers and Yodel.
