Nisa Local Bonner Road

Surprisingly good value with many products cheaper than the major supermarkets. Surly staff let it down though. If you visit early morning be prepared for the staff to look at you like you're a pain.

Where can i start?. Nisa local definetly surpassed all my expectations. The customer service was exceptional, Quick shout out to the best worker i have seen in my existence Dhanesh Patel ( Instagram- dhanesh_0902 Snapchat- dhanesh patel) Amazing guy get that addin as Vanbanter would say. If you dont know him he's the anorexic disabled guy that struggles to speak

Hey good shop this , tucked away a quiet corner of the East End you have Harry and his lovely family looking after the locals. Nice shop nice staff / family , i'm practically in there everyday 😁

I stopped going here because of the rudeness of one of the staff members, specifically the man with greyish hair and wearing glasses. He would never say hi, he would sometimes give me a cold stare and sometimes wouldn't provide a bag when I clearly need it and when I'd ask if I can get a bag, he would give me an aggressive stare. I switched to Ali Food Express on Cambridge Heath Road - they always say hi and smile.

Has Mr freeze ice pops. Card for only purchases over 2 pounds . They have an atm in the shop

This shop was a total lifesaver.
My British Gas Electric key had stopped working and I had gone to at least 4 other shops in the local area and none of them had one.
I called this Nisa and was told that they had loads.
Once I got there and picked up my new key and topped it up, I could get home and have light and heat.

Poor customer service and racist shopkeepers. Weren't letting my mothet collect a parcel and kept saying the QR code was wrong.

Great prices and great people been using this shop for 20+ years, the owners are lovely people, if it was available I would give ten stars!
