Before buying anything from this store make sure you will not come back for an exchange or return. I politely asked them to give me an exchange for 2 packets of frozen samosa which I bought 2 days ago and kept them in fridge straightaway. Among 3 packets I opened 1 so wanted an exchange for 2 packets. They refused although the items were still immaculate condition. Very bad purchase and I am very unhappy about their service.

I shop from this store even though I live in Queens Park which is 10 miles away from this store. I can easily find items and staff are helpful. The lady on the counter ( dont know her name) is very polite .

Rude behaviour always .I went today to buy whole month’s shopping so I asked the man if they do delivery he rudely replied no.always have a bad experience when I go there it’s only one rude man may be supervisor.

Very expensive . The indian ice cream KULFI I picked up from there was £3.39 a tub and 3.99 pack of kulfi sticks. The same items in sainsbury are£2.39 a tub and 2.50 kulfi sticks . Will not be going there again.

Staffs are so lovely. Always keen to help with respect at all times. Shop is clean and tidy. Have a wide range of Asian grocery. I'm so pleased that we have a branch in our local area. 😀 keep up with the good work.

All items are available. We were surprised to find even Pan pasand the sweet toffee we ate in our childhood available here. All stuff is arranged very well and easy to get. While you visit the store, you can also visit the kulcha place nearby and complete your shopping experience. Decent amount of Parking is available nearby !

I love this store. I mostly visit both branches. Always get everything whatever I am after. Great customer service from lovely staff. Thanks to the whole team and the owner. Help is always there- when ever needed. Things are always fresh. This store service is super fast. I live far but always come to this store once a week.

Excellent customer service. Every item available in the store. All fruits and vegetables are sale very fresh. Happy to have Sadda Superstore in Hayes and Hounslow.
