Greenhill Grocers

An old style local family-run grocers. The charming owners areCypriot and as you might expect they stock a great range of Greek food alongside the staples. Although it's not that big, the stock selection is excellent, and the fruit and veg are always fresh and good quality.

It's hard being an independent local shop these days, but Greenhill has a loyal clientele, and even the recent appearance of a Tesco Metro nearby doesn't seem to have had much of an impact.

Thank you so much my daughters and my order arrived yesterday I can't say how much we appreciated it. The quality of the vegetables was excellent. Following on from this when this lockdown is over we will definitely continue our custom. Plus even now we will be ordering more deli as well.

A lovely shop. Really friendly couple who own the shop, Super helpful and a great range of Greek products, and delicious breads. Definitely will be going back a lot more!

Such a wonderful shop, run by a really lovely family. Lots of fresh Greek delicacies on offer and very good quality fruit and veg. The Cypriot owners also stock products that you'd only see if you visited the island, too!

*Check your receipt!!* he Charged me for items I did not buy. No social distancing here. The doorway says social distancing but it’s not taken seriously.
Young staff are very considerate but older man doesn’t see the risks. charged me twice for 2 items. I found one mistake while still in the area (I never bought a watermelon but was charged for it) and able to go back for a refund, but I only found I’d been charged twice for a 2nd item once home.
