Orderd a next day delivery . Waited in and no1 turned up .. rang the store got spoken to rudely and rearanged the delivery it then turned up with half the shopping missing . Rang the store to rearange once again then i got a text giving me a time i hadnt asked for also got spoke to extremely rude to when i rang the store to explain i wouldnt be in as that wasnt my chosen time. When it did turn uo the lettuce was brown and 2 days out of date. Never again ! Really bad customer service !

Food prices good.
Social distancing and maintaining safe measures atrocious. This is partly the fault of the customers but Iceland staff also not good at upholding the rules and controlling the people in their store...

Always well stocked, lots of offers ,and over 60s get an extra 10% off on a Tuesday, staff are really nice and friendly, thank you x

I want to write about a specific Iceland Store. I don’t normally shop online but I have this time for Christmas. The Grays store in Essex have been tremendous. My delivery came on time but there were a few items that were missing. I made a call to the store and spoke to Joe who made sure I had my missing items delivered. They hadn’t gone out in the van on the 2nd delivery and so he personally dropped them off on his way home. What a fantastic service and keeping me up to date with call and text message

I've shopped here for over 10 year with no issues until now!
Missing items, I called for the items that was missed ro then have the cheap version of foods and wrong type of foods and still tems Missing!!
3rd time lucky I hope ..watch this space for I HOPE THE LAST AND FINAL CORRECT ITEMS. I requested a credit note for inconvenience- denied! Sent me a cheap bottle of wine when I asked for something for the value of £10 that Joe offered! YES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE I SHOULD THINK I KEEP THE WRONG ITEMS YOU SENT - your employee's mistakes - NOT MY PROBLEM!!

Even my daughter had the same issue last week too!!
