Nobody on the tills, went to use Self Service. I had alcohol which needed verifying.. waited a good few minutes while one stern looking older lady was counting newspapers. I attracted her attention for the OK on the age verification and was met with
"What..?"
"Yeah, you will have to wait a minute.."
Then faced with the rudest attitude I have ever experienced while shopping from there after.
Wow, If I didn't want my shopping so badly I would have left it on the till and walked it was that bad.
Not going back anytime soon, I'll shop more independent from now on.

This store is still fairly new as it has only been open for a short while. It's not a huge store compared to the local supermarkets but it appears to have all the essentials. It's clean, bright and airy and feels very welcoming. It's ideal to pop into for those little things you might have forgotten or run out of. I've become a regular customer and, so far, the staff have been very pleasant and helpful.

The customer service is really bad on most days if your lucky you may get someone to help at the tills 👎 other than that its a good shop with parking at the back .

Small store, but a good range of products. Huge bonus is that they open till late on a Sunday evening.
Such a shame that the special offer of five items for a fiver has had empty shelves recently! No chips this time, so the other contents of the freezer are just sitting there!
Staff are always helpful - Alex especially! Apparently he's training for the new Co-op which will open up the Folkestone Road.
He'll be excellent in the new store.
