Seelans Superstore - Online Asian Grocery Store

I have been shopping at Seelans for many years. I have found a wide variety of atta flour in one grocery store- 5kg atta starts from £4.99; such a good bargain. Indian crisps such as kurkure and Lays can be found here too! I highly recommend this store for all your Indian grocery needs.Thank you Seelans staff!

what a great fresh items and very cheap , Social distancing and making workplace COVID-secure with customers are great , All staff carrying Walkies talkie and controlling customers . Well trained and polite .so many different type of Rice and Atta Flour at very cheap ponni rice and idly rice 10 kg is £9.99 i feel its cheap and best . highly recommended shop

Staff also friendly. But I bought a Black Thothol and it’s already expired and taste was bad.

Received unexpected worse customer service from one of your staff from today's shopping. I never had such kind of irritating experience from none of your staff at counter. All are customer friendly except this staff. I know the name of the staff and next time i will avoid to the till wherever that staff is working

Went to do some shopping with mum yesterday. When everything was totalled I told mum to use her DD points card before I paid and the lady said it’s not available. So I went ahead and paid and I was walking out the door with mum I heard her loudly saying in front of other customers and colleagues in Tamil “sanam wait pannuthu line la ithukulla DD points aaam avaiku” ( people are waiting in line and they want to scan their points card) and I can hear her laughing about it. Never ever in my life visiting this store again if that’s how customers are going to be treated. I’ll go somewhere else because there are plenty of stores out there selling the same stuff some even cheaper but we came there because we’ve gone there for years but if that’s how customers are going to be treated by staff then why should we shop there? If the staff members have the audacity to speak to customers like that in front of other customers and colleagues clearly the management can be expected to defend their actions on this comment. You can deny or say what ever you want but if staff can speak to customers like that then clearly customers aren’t valid at this place.

I don't know much about Sri Lankan/Asian food but I seem to get almost everything that is on the list of the people I usually help out with grocery shopping. Stuff is outstanding in accommodating me and my list and helping me locate everything in the store. Long may the good customer service continue, many thanks.

A bit hard to navigate inside with the narrow aisles, but it had matta rice and everything we wanted to make sambar/aviyal. Recommend.
