Brothers Supermarket

As a Hermes Parcel shop the guy behind the counter refused to get my parcels as they were in separate boxes and he told me you should have covered them using bubble wrap.He was so rude. I would like to give him zero star ,very unhappy and never ever recommend here .
Very Unhappy and angry of this parcel shop.

The worst Hermes drop off I ever encountered. Refuse to accept my palm -size parcel due to not sealed well. (I swear I did seal)Refuse to provide any assistance , even a bit tapes. He is okay to do so. Just not friendly

Shop refused to take an Evri parcel despite being listed as a Dropoff point. Didn’t have enough space apparently even though it was a small parcel.

Horrible customer service rude man at til. Don’t come here. Has been rude on multiple occasions and I also saw a mouse in the store. Half of the food is expired

Rang last night as they have a food van in Girton which is very good
but has not been there the past few nights i rang to see when they might be there and the guy hung up on me

Good collection for a Mediterranean/Arab supermarket
Doesn't have a halal butcher though

Avoid. Packages they accept (as an Evri drop off point) go missing & staff are rude and unhelpful.

On Amazon / Hermes, this store is listed as providing the service of returning items without a package - by them packaging it for you - aka "packageless returns". I turned up with items that needed to be packaged and sent as per what they promised online. When I arrived, the man working the desk told me that this service is not actually offered, and his attitude was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly - and to top it off, let alone them not providing the packaging service that was promised, he was also trying to sell me sellotape and boxes instead for me to package it! Shocking, unbelievable and pretty scummy to be honest - feels like they are trying to scam you! Avoid if possible. I will NOT be returning here for anything at all, sorry.
