Brand new building, staff are friendly lots of choices of food stuff. And some are cheaper than other supermarkets. And they had a car parking ! So it’s good for weekend shopping !!! 😍😍🚚

My jaw dropped when I walked through the doors last week. I've been away so not sure when the upgrade happened but wow I'm impressed! I really like it. The layout if fresh and tidy with lots of space. I hope this look is rolled out for other regions too. Wish I'd taken pictures. I love the self service check out. Staff were all very helpful and patient at each encounter I had with them...except the security guard who just gorped at my shopping bags/trolley. Love the new look and the self service area is brilliant with loads of space. Only gave a 4 star because it took me ages to find what I was looking for. More signs maybe?

Has changed a lot since the renovation and it's very nice now and good to shop, quick checkout with self service

- 5 stars in Hounslow location. Needs a new manager to sort this out. Very dirty and smelly, rude staff, and very messy.
Being accused of shoplifting is out of order.

Love it , parking is there , big variety of things. Always shop there and always will
